Artwork of the Month

Each month we celebrate a particular piece of art work created by our pupils.

Artist of the month

This month we are pleased to show the work of artist Sally Taylor. During the autumn term Sally has been the inspiration for a Year 12 project looking at abstraction and figuration. Sally will be exhibiting her work together with that of Year 12 pupils in February 2009 at the Gallery@No.10 and St Thomas’ Cathedral. Sally’s work is often of a large scale and plays with a balance between abstract fields of colour and the graphic mark making of figurative imagery.
