About the Head of Nursery

Lois Johnson was raised and educated in Exmouth, Devon. From an early age she developed a love of music, playing the piano and clarinet, as well as singing in school and college productions.

Lois has taught infant and nursery aged children in both state and independent schools. She successfully ran her own pre-school music business from home, whilst bringing up her young family. Her husband, Ian, is the Principal of a large Community College in Gosport.

Since September 2004, Lois has led the Nursery through successful OfSTED registration and inspections.

Keen on music, singing and travel, Lois is a member of Portsmouth Choral Union.
