Before half term, Junior School pupils took part in the ‘Take One Picture’ art project.   Inspired by Peter Paul Rubens’ A Roman Triumph the children worked in year groups to explore different aspects of the painting.

To add to the excitement and develop their skills, local artist Simon Whitcomb worked with the children to bring their artwork to life. A range of techniques have been employed and the week ended with a grand parade; recreating the original artwork with a PGJS twist!
