The Pre-School children have started the new year reading the text Six Dinner Sid. The story revolves around a naughty little black cat who likes to eat a dinner at each house in Aristotle Street. Sid’s antics are only found out after a visit to the vets!
To support future learning in the Pre-School, the children and their teachers have set up a veterinary practice. We have had a number of very poorly animals, including a Golden Retriever, seen receiving CPR (pictured) and a King Charles spaniel who was having an injection to help cure his cough.
The children all deliver the care with great attention to the pets and a lot of enthusiasm… unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the petw will feel any better after the visit and in fact may indeed feel a great deal worse!
