Teaching in the Language Labs

We value our staff highly and have a national reputation for the quality of staff training and professional development we provide. We are committed to recruiting talented teachers expert in their chosen specialism, pastorally aware and committed to the wider life of the school, and seek to develop their capacity for leadership. All staff are encouraged to continue to grow and learn through stimulating Inset, through creative collaboration within and between departments, and through peer mentoring. The sabbatical scheme is a key element in our commitment to staff development and wellbeing.
