Meet the Head, Dr Anne Cotton, the Head of Junior School, Mrs Amy Wilson-Smith or our Head of Sixth Form, Mr Luke Rees online via Microsoft Teams at a time that suits you. We will offer help and advice about your child joining us at PGS. Please get in touch with us to arrange a meeting, click here.
With our pupils ranging in age from 2½ to 18 years, we are very much a family school, and the involvement of parents in contributing to the school community is valuable and important to us.
Our aim is to develop open and mutually supportive relationships with parents, welcoming the contribution they make to their children’s progress and involving them in the community as a whole. There are Parents’ Forums in the Junior and Senior Schools who meet each term, and the doors are always open should you wish to discuss any ideas or concerns you may have about your child’s development or about the school.
Each week during term time we communicate with parents and families via our school newsletters. The Lion is the weekly newsletter for the Junior School and PGS Preview is the weekly Senior School newsletter. Both are packed with stories, articles and information about forthcoming events in the school calendar.
MyPGS and PGS Online
MyPGS and PGS Online are the school’s virtual learning environment and it is an interactive, fun and engaging online resource that PGS parents also have access to.
Once logged into you will be able to read school news on the homepage and access Junior School and Senior School information. Letters regarding trips and other activities are stored on these sites, and you can also access quick links to update personal details or contact the school. There is also a link in MyPGS to the PGS Photograph Gallery which enables you to view and purchase photographs of your children involved in school events and activities.
If you are a current parent at the school, you can log on to MyPGS by clicking here
